Voices of Service 2026: A Showcase of Veteran-Focused Research, Curricula, and Resources

Call for Posters and Tables

Syracuse University’s D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF), Academic Affairs, and the Veteran & Military Behavioral Health Collaborative invite you to submit abstracts for our second annual Voices of Service event. This event will include posters and tables with presenters spotlighting diverse work related to the interests and needs of veterans and military-connected populations. We aim to highlight the vast work being done, build connections across campus and community, and expand and deepen the focus on veterans and military-connected individuals at SU by showcasing a wide collection of efforts, including: research projects at all stages, curricular and pedagogical approaches, community and support services, activities and groups, and resources available to support this kind of work.

Posters selected for presentation will have the opportunity to be included in the IVMF Digital Library Voices of Service collection after the event. Likewise, abstracts or other selected resources from Tables at the event will have the opportunity to be included in the Voices of Service collection.
